includes Construction of Bhawan, Langar Hall, Under ground
Water Tank, 6 Nos. Main gate, 6 Nos. Building Ground +
4 (Approx Project Cost Rs. 33 Crores)
Broadly services of Construction Supervision and Quality
Control of the Project as Independent Engineer which includes: |
- Review adequacy of Geotechnical and Subsoil Investigation,
the Hydrological Investigation and Topographical Survey.
- Alignment Option Study.
- Assist in Land Acquisition
- Review Design and Working Drawings prepared by the
Client.
- Analysis of Rates, Estimates, Reports and other
deliverables
- Review impact of widening proposal
- Review Projects Report prepared by the Design Consultant
